Maria Elena Paganini Honors Virtuoso Violinist Niccolo Paganini with Tribute Concert at Carnegie Hall

Maria Elena Paganini will host and present, “Paganini Honors Paganini”, a tribute to her ancestor Niccolo Paganini, famous virtuoso violinist who received the nickname “the violinist of the devil”.  The historic concert event will take place at the elegant, intimate, and timeless Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall on Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 at 8:00 pm.

Niccolo Paganini’s compositions of diverse works, including violin concertos, sonatas for violin or guitar and violin, and the 24 caprices will be performed by 5 highly accomplished violinists accompanied by the piano. For the first time a relative of this great violinist performs a tribute in his honor.

He was the most celebrated violin virtuoso of his time, and left his mark as one of the pillars of modern violin technique.
